Name: | Delia of Eldorne |
---|
“I’m staying to watch the pretty little Eldorne girl try to hook every eligible male at Court.”
“If she doesn’t succeed, it won’t be because she didn’t try.”
Delia of Eldorne is seventeen, and one of the darlings at Court. She's a lovely looking girl, all delicate build and chestnut hair and bright green eyes, and she has a light, throaty voice with a Lakes-region accent: She's a beauty, and she knows it. Charismatic and flirtatious, Delia is also highly intelligent (and thus easily bored), and very ambitious...not that she aims to show it, because such things are not becoming in a noblewoman.
Delia is a natural at the games of Court, but she's not entirely a free agent. The secret mistress of Duke Roger of Conté, he has her passionate loyalty and she's more than happy to help with his own schemes. However, while she normally passes back what information she gleans, she doesn't pass along everything.
She is, after all, a natural in the games of Court, and it never does to have all of your eggs in one basket.
Disclaimer: Delia of Eldorne comes from the Song of the Lioness Quartet by Tamora Pierce, and as such does not belong to me. This journal is just for fun, and no copyright infringement is intended. The icons are of Carly Pope, who likewise belongs to herself.
